Community Manager aka Discord Champ (Volunteer)

As a community moderator, you will be trusted with growing and supporting our community members and highlighting actionable insights to the product and marketing team. You are someone who enjoys interacting with other community members and can find ways to continuously engage them.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing a healthy global community across our social channels including Discord.

• Monitoring and reporting on community growth and engagement

• Highlighting to the wider organization on current community trends, sentiment, and channel performance and providing actionable insights to grow customer satisfaction

• Planning & hosting events for the community (minimum requirement once per month)

• Responsible for all Moderators and reporting to the Marketing lead

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to build genuine relationships

• Experience with community chat platforms and channels (Discord, Twitter)

• Familiarity with the NFT space and basic understanding of DeFi

• Content creation experience will be a plus

• Prior experience as a community manager of existing NFT or P2E will be a huge plus
